1/3 of women experience annoyance, anger and pain of unknown cause. However the strength of symptom is various and the problem is usually solved by themleves because of the conscious of other peoples' eyes. 4±10 helps with solving unspecified illness every women undergo through, in right way.

한 달에 한 번 여성의 1/3은 월경이 시작되기 4~10일 전 이유 모를 짜증, 분노, 통증 등을 격는다. 그 증상들은 사람마다 강도가 다르며, 남들의 시선을 의식해 증상을 말하기보다 혼자 해결하는 경향이다. 뚜렷한 원인이 없고, 여자라면 누구나 겪는 과정을 건강하고 올바르게 해결할 수 있게 돕는다.
