"We have got frozen"" Same figures, same goals, same dreams. Varying in true features, we are heading towards the same direction, as if we have got frozen in a mold, a mold artificial. To defrost the frozen sealed in an ice cube, a figure easy to be stacked up, is the aim of the 'Defrost the Frozen' project. As the prerequisite of defrosting, we have to realize that our true features cannot be sealed frozen in an artificial mold. We will find our own strengths, apart from the evaluation of the world, by our own selves, with the '1℃ diary' of this project. Starting from 1℃, the 1℃s found out from our insides will eventually reach 100℃ and melt ice cubes. 'Finding 1℃', 'increasing 1℃', 'spreading 1℃' Progressing through the three steps of defrosting with the 1℃ diary, we will face the message of the 'Defrost the Frozen' project', that our true features cannot be sealed frozen, and we have to defrost ice cubes by our own selves.

"우리는 냉동되어 있다"" 똑같은 모습, 똑같은 목표, 똑같은 꿈. 우리는 서로 다른 존재이지만 똑같은 방향으로 살아가고 있다. 마치 틀 속에 냉동되어 있는 것처럼 말이다. 혹시 우리는 누군가가 만든 틀 속에 냉동되어 버린 것이 아닐까? 냉동인간 해동 프로젝트는 쌓아올리기 편한 모습으로 갇혀버린 우리를 해동시키고자 한다. 해동시키기 위한 전제 조건은 바로 우리가 냉동되어 있을 존재가 아니라는 것을 깨닫는 것이다. 이 프로젝트에서는 '1℃ 일기'를 통해 다른 누군가가 정의 내린 것이 아닌, 자신만의 장점들을 자신의 힘으로 찾아보고자 한다. 1℃부터 100℃에 이르기까지 내 안에 숨겨져 있던 1℃를 찾아 얼음을 녹이는 힘을 발견하는 것이다. '1℃를 발견하다', '1℃가 오르다', '1℃가 퍼지다' 해동의 3단계를 '1℃ 일기’를 통해 진행하며, 이를 통해 우리는 냉동되어 있을 존재가 아니며 우리 스스로 해동해야 한다는 냉동인간 해동 프로젝트의 메시지와 마주한다.
