“Field Guides to the Monsters of Grindel” were created to provide illustrations and records of mysterious creatures from the Grindel Forest. This field guides include two separate books. The first book is designed to be read from right-to-left direction while the second book is designed to be read from left-to-right direction. By incorporating the unique “monster” theme, the first book provides a general field guide to the creatures from the Grindel Forest. The second book, on the other hand, attempts to infuse readers with various sentimental and emotional experiences. For example, some sections of the book require a magnifying glass to see the uniquely designed contents while other sections have pop-up book alike elements.
