Daydream means to dream while your conscious is awake. It can be interpreted as a way of visualizing your desires into a semi reality. In reality, human beings have to control their inner desires, and to daydream is to escape from the social norms and expectations of reality. Exhibition of daydream is a digital Archive of daydreams of people from all walks of life put together so that they can know they are not alone in their of their own struggles with the everyday demands of society.

백일몽은 사전적 의미로는 한낮에 꾸는 꿈이란 뜻으로, '헛된 공상'을 비유하여 이르는 말이다. 자신에게 충족되지 못한 욕망이 직,간접적으로 충족되는 비현실적인 세계를 생각하거나 상상하는 과정 또는 그러한 꿈을 말한다. 현실세계에서 인간은 자신의 과도한 욕망을 저지하려고 행동하기 마련인데, 백일몽은 그 저지 상황을 해결하는 일존의 도피현상이다. 백일몽은 불만스러운 바쁜 일상으로부터 잠깐이라도 벗어날 수 있도록 만들어주는 방법이며 누구나 한 번쯤 백일몽을 꾼 적 있을 정도로 보편적이다. 이 전시회는 사람들의 백일몽을 그래픽으로 아카이빙 하여 같이 공유함으로써 서로가 가진 고민의 흔적을을 찾아보고 공감을 얻고 위로를 받을 수 있도록 기획하였다.
