Even in Christianity, where homosexuality is condemned as a sin, sexual minorities exist. For a Christian sexual minority who is taught to believe oneself as a sinner, life is like a pilgrimage with precipitous hills to climb. Though it is impossible for humans to know for certain whether God truly sees sexual minorities as sinners, from His words it is an evident fact that He loves all humans. is a short film that narrates ideas based on this fact. The film is broadly segregated into two scenes; the daily life, and the pilgrimage of the protagonist. The realisation of her sexual orientation, in a world where homosexuality is considered improper both socially and religiously, is depicted by literally “overcoming herself”. The sound in the film consists of a background music and the narration of the protagonist. The audience can interpret the film differently as a consequence of narration. </div>

동성애를 죄라고 규정짓는 기독교 안에서도 성 소수자는 존재한다. 자신을 죄인이라 말하는 종교를 믿는 성 소수자의 삶은 험한 산을 올라야 하는 순례길과도 같다. 하나님이 정말로 성 소수자를 죄인으로 바라보시는지는 인간은 절대로 알 수 없지만, 모든 인간을 사랑한다는 그분의 말씀은 인간이 너무나도 잘 알고 있는 사실이다. <산중백>은 이러한 사실로부터 나온 생각으로 제작한 영상이다. 비디오는 크게 주인공이 겪은 일상 장면과 주인공이 산을 오르는 장면 두 가지로 나뉜다. 남들과 다른 동성애를 틀린 것이라 말하는 사회와 종교 속에서 자신의 성 지향성을 깨달아가는 모습을 ‘자신이라는 산을 넘는다.’로 표현하였다. 사운드는 음악과 주인공의 나레이션으로 진행된다. 영상을 감상하는 관객은 나레이션에 말미암아 영상의 내용을 개인에 따라 다르게 해석한다. </div>
